Claims are being processed within five business days (normal standard). Automatic premium reimbursements are being issued on time. Our Customer Care Center’s modified hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time while Washington State’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order remains effective.
Employer contributions, paper forms, etc. are being processed within normal timeframes. Posting of quarterly e-statements in April is expected to occur on time. Online and HRAgo® mobile access remains fully functional. Participants can view account activity, submit claims, review their investment allocations, send secure messages, etc.
Debit Card Enhancements Mean Fewer Additional Documentation Requests.
Recent process and system enhancements now allow us to approve more debit card transactions without requesting you to submit additional documentation. This will help make our debit card feature even more convenient for you.

No More Prescriptions for OTC; Menstrual Care Products are Reimbursable Now!
Recent COVID-19 legislation at the federal level helps HRA participants in two ways. First, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and medicines can now be reimbursed without a prescription. Second, menstrual care products are reimbursable now. These changes are effective for amounts paid or incurred after December 31, 2019.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Tests and Expenses Can Be Reimbursed.
You may use your HRA funds to reimburse any out-of-pocket medical care costs associated with treatment of COVID-19. This includes diagnostic testing if not fully covered by insurance.
