Incomplete Fund Transfer Forms For Release 9 a.m. PST October 8, 1999 VEBA Press Release

Many participants returned Fund Transfer Forms to the VEBA Plan Administrator indicating their desire to transfer from the Stable Value Fund to either the Balanced or Growth Fund. However, approximately 20 participants failed to fill out their name and social security number on the top of the form, and their signature was illegible. We have done our best to seek out these participants, but have failed to do so for about 20 accounts. Participants will be able to verify their fund investment transfer on the January Activity Statement mailing for the period ending December 31, 1999, or by contacting the Plan Administrator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is important that participants clearly print their name and use their social security number whenever corresponding with the Plan Administrator.
